1970

Sergio Bärlocher Cosval founded the company in Milan specialized in the distribution of perfumes and natural cosmetics in the Valais and in French Switzerland.
The name "COSVAL" thus it arises from the Valais Cosmetics.
The company born in Switzerland the world's capital of perfumes, cosmetics, design and art.

1980

Charles, son of Sergio, goes into partnership with his father and sees the opportunity to develop the market for natural cosmetics and the food supplements in the herbal world. In recent years many new products are born and three brands are made:

1990

Cosval plays an important role in the world of natural products and herbal and Carlo's Italian market begins to develop the overseas market from the Middle East to northern Europe;

LOCHERBER is an anagram of the surname Baerlocher and contains the word "herbe" because the products are made with natural herbal extracts.

2000

During these years new products were added to Sanotint, Migliorin, Cosval And Locherber brands and the offer of products reached more than 200 references.

The Italian herbalist market start to expand and slowly gone beyond the his bounderies to reach the rest of the Europe.

2010...

COSVAL decides to present itself to the international market and develops a mini-hub in the United Arab Emirates from where to better manage the Middle East customers.

In this decade MILAN LOCHERBER was born, a new brand dedicated to luxury and design world with a line of diffusers, furnishing fragrance and body fragrances with 15 amazing fragrances.

Cosval increasingly family business, become S.p.A. remaining run entirely by Baerlocher family.
